دیشب به همراه حامد قدوسی، صادق الحسینی، نیما نامداری و گروهی دیگر از دوستان در کافه خانه هنرمندان بودیم. تقریبا بعد از ۲ ساعت از زمان ورودمان به کافه، خدمتکار آمد و گفت بعد از ۴۵ دقیقه اول، حتی در صورت سفارش دادن، علاوه بر پول سفارشات باید به ازای هر ۴۵ دقیقه حضور، ۵۰۰۰ هزار تومان هم به دلیل اشغال میز بپردازید. نکته اول این بود که این قانون باید در زمان ورود مشتریان به این کافه به اطلاع آنها رسانده شود. برای مثال اگر بعد از ۹۰ دقیقه از ورود به کافه، مشتری از این قانون (من درآوردی) باخبر شود زیان کرده است. زیان زمانی بیشتر میشود که بعد از ۲ یا ۳ ساعت از این قانون (مسخره) با خبر شوی. پس مشکل اول، وجود مساله اطلاعات نامتقارن در این بازی است. سوء استفاده مدیریت هنرمند این کافه از این قانون باعث گریز مشتریان از کافه و البته توهین به آنها میشود.
دومین نکته (مسخره) این بود، که خدمتکار میگفت اگر بعد از ۴۵ دقیقه اول، شام سفارش میدادید از شما حق میز نمیگرفتیم. این در حالی بود که حق میزی که باید پرداخت میکردیم برابر با پول شام ما شده بود یا حداقل ۷۰ تا ۸۰ درصد آن را پوشش میداد. این دیگر از آن استدلالهایی است که فقط در خانه هنرمندان که باید آن را خانه بیهنرمندان نامید، پیدا میشود. یا برای مثال، از خدمتکار پرسیدیم که اگر ما بعد از ۴۵ دقیقه فقط میزمان را عوض میکردیم مشمول قانون شما میشدیم یا خیر؟ پاسخ او این بود که خیر. یا اگر ما یک لحظه میزمان را ترک و حساب ۴۵ دقیقه اول را پرداخت میکردیم و دوباره بر میگشتیم شامل این قانون نمیشدیم. بهتر است که این هنرمندان عزیز این قوانین نانوشته من درآوردی را نوشته و بر روی دیوار نصب کنند تا مشتری در شرایط اطلاعات متقارن تصمیمگیری نماید.

ما معترض شدیم اما اعتراض وفادارانه کردیم.
این قانون من درآوردی نیست. یعضی از رستورانها در اروپا* چنین قوانینی را اعمال میکنند که پول میز را بگیرند. البته باید یک جوری به شما اطلاعات داده میشد. مثلا همون در بدو ورود باید به شما منو می دادند و در اون منو ذکر میشد. من جای شما بودم این پول را نمیدادم.
* اروپا را از این جهت گفتم که پدر دوستم که سفرهای کاری به کشورهای اروپایی کرده ، چند سال پیش برای ما تعریف کرده بود. بقیه دنیا هم باید همچین چیزی باشه ولی من خبر ندارم. البته می گفت که در اون رستوران ها پذیرایی خوب و مناسبی انجام میشد.

من هم تجربه ی مشابهی داشتم در مورد “خانه ی هنرمندان” . دکتر فاوست درست می گن . باید مشتری رو در انتخاب با اطلاعات درست همراهی کنن . در مجموع این رفتار ها باعث می شه مشتری خودشون رو از دست بدن به مرور . و البته اینکه هزینه ی این کار براشون سنگین بشه به واسطه ی عکس العملهایی مشابه کاری که شما انجام دادی در وبلاگتون خیلی حرکت خوبیه در جهت احیای حق مصرف کننده .

If you’re still on the fence: grab your favorite earphones, head down to a Best Buy and ask to plug them into a Zune then an iPod and see which one sounds better to you, and which interface makes you smile more. Then you’ll know which is right for you.
Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
