مشتریمداری برای نظام بانکی ایران امری ناشناخته و غریب است. امروز پس از مدتها به بانک ملت مراجعه کردم. قصد آن داشتم تا تائیده امضاء بگیرم و ضامن کسی شوم. رئیس شعبه بانک ملت میگفت که ما امضای مشتری را صرفا برای یک شعبه دیگر از بانک ملت تائید میکنیم و نه برای سایر بانکها. پرسش من این بود که بانکها از طریق سیستم شتاب با هم ارتباط دارند و صرفا تائید یک امضاء نباید هزینهای داشته باشد. او معتقد بود که این کار غیرقانونی است. البته ترجمه محترمانه این غیرقانونی بودن یعنی اینکه براساس بینش نظام بانکی تمام مشتریان رفتار غیراخلاقی داشته و قصد اغفال این نظام را دارند مگر خلاف آن اثبات شود. به عبارت دیگر مشتری میتواند سالها پولش را در نظام بانکی بگذارد، بانکها حالشو ببرند بعد هم اگر مشتری رفت و گفت حالا تائید کنید که این حساب مال من است میگویند زکی. تو دیگه کی هستی، تو همون دزد دیروزی هستی. که زدی دل نظام بانکی رو شکستی. از این رهگذر، مشتریمداری به مشترینمداری تبدیل میشود. جالب بود که رئیس شعبه در نهایت که نتوانست از نظر منطقی مرا قانع کند گفت شما به بانک مرکزی بروید و درخواست تغییر قانون را بدهید. این هم از آن حرفهایی است که در قرن بیستویک نمونهاش را فقط میتوان در جنگل یا در گینه بیسائو یافت. استدلال دیگر رئیس شعبه که خیلی مسخره و توهینآمیز بود عبارت بود از اینکه اگر فردا فردی که ضامن او شدهاید اقساط را پرداخت نکرد ما باید پول را از حساب شما به بانک مثلا ملی واریز کنیم. گفتم خوب در ازای این کار کارمزد خود را هم کم میکنید و بدون شک سود آن از گرفتن پول آب و برق و گاز بیشتر است. ناگهان مدیر شعبه عصبانی شد و مرا بیرون کرد. خلاصه اینکه فهمیدم اگر پسرخالهام در بانک ملت بود این مشکل برای من پیش نمیآمد. اگر یک آبدارچی بانک ملت را میشناختم این مشکل حل میشد. اما اگر مشتری خوبی باشم، دزدی بیش نیستم مگر خلاف آن اثبات شود. و اینگونه بود که فهمیدم در بانک ملت و ملی و … هم از اون بالا کفتر میایه.

رفتار رئیس بانک کاملا منطقی بوده است تنها به این دلیل که شما با اینکه می دانید بانکهای دولتی تقریبا همیشه به همین روش با مشتری رفتار کرده اند بازهم حسابتان را در آن بانک نگه داشته اید. خوب باید مجازات بشوید. حتما بعد از اینکار هم حساب خودتان را باز در آن بانک دارید و احیانا بازهم با آن کار میکنید و سود بیشتر به بانک و مدیر آن می رسانید. خوب بازهم این رفتار ادامه پیدا خواهد کرد.
متاسفانه موردی که اشاره کردید تقربا درتمام بانکهای دولتی و تا اندازه ای خصوصی صادق است. تنها در صورت داشتن رابطه میتوانید کارخودتان را پیش ببرید.
محمد رضا جان! تا اونجا که من می دونم تاییدیه امضا توسط دفترخانه صادر می شه و بانکها دیگه چنین خدمتی رو ارائه نمی دن. هر کس به صرف اینکه سپرده ای نزد یک بانک داره نمی تونه توقع هر خدمتی رو از بانک داشته باشه! قرار داد افتتاح حساب هم مشخصه، سپرده گذاری مقداری پول و دریافت مقداری سود یا شرکت در قرعه کشی. اگه احساس بشه که به صرفه نیست. معامله بی معامله. اجباری در کار نیست.البته ببخشید اگه پر گویی کردم. منظورم اطلاع رسانیه و اگه اشتباه می کنم خواهش می کنم که اصلاح بفرمایید
