امروز با یکی از دوستان بیمهای بحثی داشتیم: سوال او این بود: چرا همینکه شخص خودرو خود را بیمه میکند بیاحتیاطی او بیشتر میشود؟ گفتم علم اقتصاد برای این مساله پاسخ مناسب و جالبی دارد: علم اقتصاد از این مساله با نام مخاطرات اخلاقی نام میبرد؛ به این معنی که در اثر وجود بیمه کامل در برابر نتایج تصادف، مطمئنا، احتمال بیاحتیاطی و در معرض تصادف و خطر قرار گرفتن توسط بیمه شده نیز بیشتر شود. همینجاست که استراتژی تعهد پا به میدان میگذارد و میگوید که: برای برخورد با مخاطرات اخلاقی باید روشهایی برای حرکت به سمت منطق تعهد ایجاد شود؛ باید بیمهشده را در معرض برخی از هزینههای تصادف قرار داد؛ برای مثال فرانشیز بیمه و پرداخت حق بیمه در بیمههای درمانی. اما اگر بیمهشده تصور کند که کل هزینهها بر دوش بیمهگذار است بدون شک همیشه در معرض مخاطره اخلاقی است. به عبارت دیگر در این مورد منطق خروج چندان جواب نمیدهد.
بعد از آن بحث به استراتژی مقابله با ریسک رسید. خرید سهام مثال جالبی بود تا بتوانم منظورم را بهتر برای او تشریح کنم: استراتژی خرید سهام این است که همه تخممرغهای خود را در یک سبد نگذارید. فرد اغلب پاسخی غیرارادی را برای مقابله با هر مساله ریسک پیدا میکند؛ راهحلی که در استراتژی خروج باب است؛ همه تخممرغهایتان را درون یک سبد نگذارید یا منابع مالی را بهجای یک یا چند شرطبندی بزرگ برای شرطبندیهای کوچک مورد استفاده قرار دهید. توصیه گوناگونسازی برای تقسیم تخممرغها میان تعداد زیادی سبد این فرض ضمنی را در بردارد که سبدها داری مشخصات ثابتی هستند ( برای مثال فرض میشود با یک احتمال معین تخممرغهای درون سبد، با افتادن یا لغزش سبد خواهند شکست). در مقابل گروهی دیگر معتقدند: اگر مشخصات برخی از سبدها به طور معناداری بتواند با بذل توجه و کنترل بر یک یا چند سبد تغییر کند، در این صورت استراتژی دوگانه کاهش خطر ظهور میکند. همه تخممرغهایتان را در یک یا چند سبد بگذارید به دقت مراقب آنها باشید، و مطمئن باشند که سبدها نمیلغزند و نمیافتند. بهواقع منطق تعهد از طریق مشخصات انعطافپذیر وارد عمل میشود در حالیکه منطق خروج چندان به این موضوع علاقهای ندارد.

The point no one seems to be picking up on is that the poll sample is not even 2-1 democrat to republican. The actual Democrat advantage in MA is 3-1, so they WAY undersampled democrats, which is of course going to get Brown a much higher percentage. Dont get me wrong, I want Brown to win as much as the next guy, but with such an undersampling of Democrats, I dont think this poll is anywhere NEAR accurate.

Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
Sorry for the huge review, but I’m really loving the new Zune, and hope this, as well as the excellent reviews some other people have written, will help you decide if it’s the right choice for you.

Esto alrgó el viaje .Como los de antes ante todo son puntuales , para estar a las 09:15 a.m. hay que salir a las 08:30 aunque el trayecto sea de 10 minutos .El proceso llevó hasta mediodÃa y luego vino lo que nuestro compañero de escritura , llama , estaban esperandome esas pesadas para ir a otro sitio , pasar por el taller a causa de la I.T.V. _vaya negocio_ etc . Hasta ahora mismo , me he estado monitorizando las ansias de conectar , tal es la adicción que tengo a estas alturas , entre otras cosas , porque a las pesadas también se les ocurren cosas buenas para uno siempre y el dar un paseo por El Pedrido con marea baja y 3 personas más y un perro en todo el arenal , a estas horas , pues que es un lujo que sale gratis y hay que aprovechar .Que conste , que esta Playa va unida a mi infancia y a Lugo , gracias a las escursiones de fÃn de curso en catecismo , que D.Gonzalo Mato Vázquez programaba siempre para todos los de San Antonio de Padua . The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
