مدتی پیش در یکی از باجههای بانک ملت با کارمند باجه بحثم شد. از بانک بیرون آمدم، ناگهان دیدم کارمند از در پشت بیرون آمد و نزدیک بود دست به یقه بشیم. البته هرچی هم از دهنش بیرون آمد به من گفت. از او به دفتر مرکزی بازرسی بانک ملت شکایت کردم. گفتند رسیدگی میکنیم. امروز به شعبهای نیمه ممتاز از بانک ملت رفته بودم، دیدم همان کارمند باجه در این بانک مشغول به کار است. فهمیدم که در بانک ملت نظام پاداش و جریمه چگونه کار میکند و به چه مفهومی است.

البته نظام مشتری مداریش را هم نمایش داده؛ و چون این بانک کمی تا قسمتی خصوصی سازی شده ، لابد کارمندانش اینگونه توجیه شده اند که دعواها را به آنسوی باجه کشانده و خصوصی تر برخورد کنند!ـ
یک طرفه به قاضی نرویم شما حتما”درداخل بانک چیزی گفتید که کار به بیرون کشیده یا اینکه حتما”کارمندان بانک دیوانه هم شدند
در بانک ملت هنوز شایسته سالاری جای خود را به سیاسی بازی داده و هر کس عضو هر باند و دسته ای میباشد با همان باند جابجا میشود وای به حال این ملت که ادم های بی عرضه سر کار هستند و اسب خود را می تازند غافل از این که کشور ما در این برهه زمانی نیاز به افراد لایق و کاردان جهت پیشبرد کارها نیاز دارد خدا رحم کند و به خودشان بیایند که ایا بچه های انها در این کشور زندگی خواهند کرد و اندوخته های انان را سرمایه خود قرار خواهند داد
جریان درگیری مشتری با کارمندان بانک ملت مختص یک نفر دونفر نیست شما به هر شخصی که حتی یک بار به یکی از شعب بانک ملت مراجعه کرده بگوئیید نحوه برخورد کارمند آن شعبه چگونه بوده به حتم داستان مشابه را میگوید
می خواستم بدنبال پیغام در خصوص بانک ملت اعلام کنم چندی پیش رئیس شعبه بانک ملت شعبه امام حسین مبلغ ۴۰۰۰۰۰۰ میلیون تومان از حساب بانک جاری فرد و شخصی اختلاس کرده و وقتی به آقای ابراهیم گل اعلام کردیم که آقای بازرس منطقه شما چی می گوئید گفت پیگیری می شه ولی بعد از چند روز که قرار بود تماس بگیره ما زنگ زدیم و ایشانم گفت برید پیش خود رئیس شعبه خیلی جالبه نه ؟
