I like the blog, however, you quoted the study about the Japan Marathon and how 75% were heel strikers. You may want to mention the type of shoes that these runners were wearing as much has been made about heel strike promoted through typical high heeled running shoes. Therefore, I dont think that this study helps with your argument.Great blog though, will come back again.

I would be using them on trails with rocks that I commonly feel through the soles of regular trail runners which is why Im hesitant about VFF.

Can certainly an individual clarify what the author meant in his final paragraph? He makes an extraordinary begin but lost me halfway from the post. I had a difficult time following what the author is endeavoring to say. First was fantastic but I feel he desires to work with writing a much better conclude.

Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
