در محیط کارم شاهد رفتارهای متفاوتی از سوی کارگران هستم، در اینجا به یک مورد جالبتوجه اشاره میکنم: کارگران حاضر در یکی از بخشهای شرکت به دلایل مختلفی چندان کاری برای انجام دادن ندارند. یکی از آنها چند روزی پسرش را با خودش به شرکت میآورد و از صبح تا عصر پسرش با او بود، به غذاخوری میآمد، به همراه پدرش روزنامه میخواند، با دیگران حرف میزد، احتمالا به مادرش تلفن میکرد و …. یک روز شنیدم که یکی از کارگران با تجربه گفته بود پسرت را به محل کارت نیاور. او را نیاور نه به دلیل اینکه اینجا مزاحم کسی است بلکه به این دلیل که خوب است که در ذهن او یک موضوع به درستی شکل بگیرد؛ “اینکه پدرم هر روز صبح برای کار و تلاش به محل کارش میرود، در پایان روز، پس از تلاش و کار به خانه بر میگردد و من برای تشکر از او باید به اندازه خودم زحمت بکشم و تلاش کنم. پسرت باید حداقل اینگونه تصور کند که پدرش هر روز با سختی زیاد کار میکند تا او بتواند درس بخواند و در رفاه بیشتری زندگی کند. اما وقتی او هر روز به اینجا میآید و میبیند تو، یعنی پدرش، در ازای هیچ تلاشی پول میگیری، اثرات نامطلوبی بر ذهن او خواهد داشت: او فکر میکند که بدون کار و تلاش هم میتوان پول به دست آورد.، دوم اینکه احترامی که برای پدرش ناشی از کارکردن قائل بود از دست میرود”. به راستی حرفهای این کارگر با تجربه برای من بسیار عمیق بود، به گمانم اگر تیمی از جامعهشناسان و اقتصاددانان را برای تحلیل این موضوع میآوردیم هر چیزی میگفتند به جز این دو کلمه حرف حساب را.
