مشتریان تنبل بنگاه اقتصادی کسانی هستند که در زمان کاهش کیفیت محصولات بنگاه چندان واکنشی نسبت به آن نشان نداده و بیتوجه به این امر به مصرف خود ادامه میدهند. درواقع، این مشتریان در نتیجه نارضایتی از بنگاه خود را درگیر نکرده و گویی از در افتادن در بازی ایجاد تغییر در رفتار بنگاه کنارهگیری میکنند. این بنگاه لزوما اقتصادی نیست بلکه میتواند یک مدرسه یا دانشگاه باشد که دانشآموزان یا دانشجویان در اثر نارضایتی از رفتار معلمین یا استادان واکنش نشان نمیدهند. مشتریان زرنگ کسانی هستند که درقبال ناخشنودی از کاهش کیفیت محصولات بنگاه نسبت به آن واکنش داده و بنگاه را وادار به ایجاد تغییرات مثبت میکنند. اما نکته مهم این است که همیشه وجود ترکیبی از این دو گروه از مشتریان برای بنگاه ضروری است. به عبارت دیگر مشتریان تنبل یا غیرحساس بنگاه را دلگرم میکنند تا برای ایجاد تغییرات نسبت به کسب درآمد از این گروه و بقای خود امیدوار باشد و مشتریان زرنگ نیز او را وامیدارند تا نسبت به رفع نواقص خود بکوشد. درواقع، مشتریان زرنگ همان وفاداران به بنگاه هستند که خواسته یا ناخواسته خیر او را میخواهند. اما این مساله در مورد یک نظام سیاسی نیز کاربرد دارد. هر نظام سیاسی نیز با دو گروه از شهروندان که مشتریان زرنگ و تنبل خدمات شهروندی این نظام سیاسی هستند روبرو میباشد. عدهای از شهروندان یا همان مشتریان تنبل نسبت به رفتارهای مختلف حکومت واکنشی نشان نمیدهند و عاملی برای دلگرمی مسئولین هر نظام سیایس جهت پیشبرد کارهای خود هستند. اما، شهروندان زرنگ یا حساس کسانی هستند که در امر سیاسی و نه صرفا رای دادن به مثابه کنشی حداقلی مشارکت دارند و مدام از طریق رسانههای مختلف رفتار دولت را زیر ذرهبین میگذارند و نسبت به آن واکنش نشان میدهند. نظام سیاسی مبتنی بر آگاهی مردمی یا همان دموکراسی از واکنش شهروندان حساس نه تنها دلگیر نشده بلکه دلگرم میشود و سعی میکند تا به اعتراضات آنان گوش بسپارد و ایرادات خود را رفع کند. اما اگر به یکباره تمام شهروندان یک نظام به مشتریان زرنگ یا حساس تبدیل شوند بدون با مشکلات زیادی روبرو خواهد شد، بنگاه اقتصادی نیز اگر صرفا با مشتریان زرنگ روبرو باشد لحظهای پس از کاهش کیفیت محصولات خود نمیتواند به کار خود ادامه دهد. اما خوشبختی این است که در دنیای واقعی شهروندان نیز به دو دسته تنبل و زرنگ تقسیم میشوند و همین امر سبب بقای هر نظام سیاسی میشود. اعتراض وفادارانه ویژگی اصلی مشتریان زرنگ است.

من متوجه نشدم چرا مشتریان تنبل لازمن. به نظر من هر قدر از حقوق مصرف کننده حمایت بشه جا داره. دلیلم هم البته اینه که بنگاه ها با کارکرد تخصصی که دارن بسیار باهوش تر و مجرب تر از مصرف کنندگان عمل می کنن. البته این امر در مورد مصرف کنندگان حرفه ای صادق نیست. بیشتر مد نظرم مصرف کننده ی عادیه در مورد کالاهای عادی و نه مثلا خریدار آهن برای تولید اتومبیل.
لازم به توضیح نیست که این فرهنگ اعتراض چیزیه که به شدت بهش نیاز داریم. به نظرم باید به عنوان یک رفتار خوب و ارزشی جا بیفته نه به عنوان یک رفتار دور از شان.
شاید در اقتصاد این طور باشه ، اما در یک نظام سیاسی نه من مخالفم .شما نظام سیاسی رو میشناسید که از واکنش شهروندان حساس دلگیر نشه؟
