اینجانب محمدرضا فرهادیپور در اسفند ماه سال ۱۳۸۵ ترجمه کتابی را اکنون بعد از گذشت چند سال دیگر نام آن را نیز به یاد ندارم، به انتشارات آن موسسه تحویل دادم. گرچه دیگر عنوان کتاب را به یاد ندارم اما میدانم که از برخی کتابهای- ارزشمند و نامرتبط با تامین اجتماعی- منتشر شده توسط آن موسسه یعنی “رقص تغییر” و “نهجالعداله” به تامین اجتماعی و بازنشستگی مرتبطتر بود. سال ۱۳۸۷ و بعد از گذشت تقریبا ۲ سال نسخهای از آن کتاب به دستم رسید که ظاهرا همراه با نظرات داور بود. اما، صد افسوس و تاسف برای آن موسسه که داور محترم حتی با مفاهیم و واژگان ابتدایی حوزه تامین اجتماعی آشنا نبود و بعد از دو سال نگهداشتن کتاب نزد خود اشکالاتی گرفته بود که اگر کتاب را به هر فرد عادی نیز میدادند شاید همان ایرادات را بر ترجمه وارد میکرد. البته اینکه کتاب دو سال نزد داور بماند میتواند مزایایی داشته باشد درصورتیکه داور فن داوری را بلد باشد که من این شانس را نداشتم. خلاصه در خرداد سال ۱۳۸۷ نسخه نهایی و ظاهرا داوری شده را بازخوانی کردم و برای آن موسسه فرستادم. امروز یعنی ۲۰ اردیبهشت سال ۱۳۸۸ با من تماس گرفتند و گفتند که کتاب به دستشان نرسیده است. البته امیدوارم این یک استراتژی جدیدی برای برخورد با پیمانکاران موسسه نباشد. خواسته من از شما این است که ضمن محاسبه و پرداخت خسارت سه ساله آن موسسه به اینجانب، در قبال عدم پایبندی اخلاقی آن موسسه برای پاسخگویی و شفافیت در برابر طرف قرارداد خود، کتاب را به من پس دهند تا کتاب را …. البته میدانم که آن روزگاران روزگار مدیریت شما در آن موسسه نبوده است و اولین پاسخی که میشنوم همین است و من نیز از شما گلایهای ندارم. خواهش میکنم به جای اینکه از منشی دفترتان بخواهید تلفن تماس مرا پیدا کند و با هم صحبت کنیم یا مسئول انتشارات را بخواهید و شرح واقعه را از او بخواهید یا بگوئید تا ۶ ماه دیگر کتاب چاپ میشود، همان خواسته من را اجابت کنید. امیدوارم موسسه عالی پژوهش تامین اجتماعی وظیفه اصلی خود را در دوران مدیریت جنابعالی باز یابد و با رقص تغییر به سوی صندوقهای بازنشستگی و تامین اجتماعی حرکت کند.
