دیشب یکی از همکارانم تماس گرفت و گفت: فردا تعطیل است؟ خندیدم و گفتم: نه! با تعجب گفت: حتی بانک ها را نیز تعطیل کرده اند! گفتم خوب می توانی بروی در بخش دولتی کار کنی و تو هم تعطیل باشی. کارکردن در محیط دولتی مزایایی دارد که بخش خصوصی ندارد و بالعکس. بعد از آن در اقتصاد ایران چند بخش هستند که اگر توفان خاشاک هم بیاید تعطیل نمی شوند چه برسد به این گرد و خاک های معمولی: بخش نفت، خودرو و ساختمان. البته این روزها باید بخش کشاورزی را هم به دلیل خرید و فروش جو به آن اضافه کرد. گفت: یعنی بانک ها و ادارات دولتی تاثیری ندارند. گفتم به نظر من اتفاقا تعطیل بودن آنها باعث کاهش زیان کلان اقتصادی می شود. نکته جالبتر این بود که اعلام تعطیلی رسمی از سوی دولت در میزان حضور مردم در ایستگاه های بی آر تی هیچ تاثیری نداشته است. امروز صبح این ایستگاه ها به اندازه روزهای کاری قبل شلوغ بودند. بگذارید حرفم را با خاطره ای تشریح کنم: در تامین اجتماعی که کار می کردم، معاون دفتر برنامه ریزی اقتصادی می گفت: بعضی روزها یکی از بچه ها زنگ می زند و می گوید من امروز کار دارم و نمی آیم. می گفت تجربه مدیریتش نشان داده کارمندان بخش دولتی هر روز بیکارند سر کار می آیند و هر روز کار دارند تماس می گیرند و می گویند ما امروز نمی آییم. حالا هم شلوغ بودن شهر همانند روزهای دیگر نشان از آن دارد که همه کار دارند و تازه امروز وقت پیدا کرده اند که با خیال راحت به دنبال آن بروند. بخش خصوصی و دولتی تفاوت های اساسی با هم دارند: بخش دولتی همیشه به دنبال تعطیلات است، بخش خصوصی با تعطیلات میانه خوبی ندارد.
