امروز نزدیکیهای فرودگاه مشهد، یک پیکانبار پر از هندوانه واژگون شده بود. همزمان با نزدیک شدن ما به این صحنه، اورژانس هم رسید. در این میان گروهی مشغول خوردن هندوانه بودند. درواقع، هندوانههای شکسته شده را میخوردند درحالیکه راننده اگر نمرده بود به شدت آسیب دیده بود.
قطار شرکت رجا، تندور پردیس، قرار بود که مسافرین را ۸ ساعته به مشهد برساند. البته بدون کولر. نمیدانم چرا این موضوع را هنگام خرید بلیت به مسافرین نمیگویند. البته سفر ۱۲ ساعت بیشتر طول نکشید، گفتند که میتوانید بیایید ۵۰% از پولتان را پس بگیرید. اما وقتی با مسئول قطار صحبت کردم، گفت: آقا سوار نشو، یکی دیگه سوار میشه. اصلا اگر قطار خالی باشه ما خوشحالیم، میگیریم با خیال راحت میخوابیم. حقوق ما در هر صورت پرداخت خواهد شد.
شاهکار قطار رجا: بلیتمان شماره ۹ و ۱۰ بود، کوپه صندلی شماره ۱۰ نداشت، جالبتر این بود که بلیتهایی با شمارههای ۴، ۸ و ۱۲ نیز فروخته شده بود، اما چنین صندلیهایی در کوپه وجود نداشت. وقتی اعتراض کردم، گفت: آقا به من ربطی ندارد، جا نداری برو پایین.
کلا معتقدم شرکت رجا باید علاوهبر علم آمار و اقتصاد، تعاریف جدیدی از موضوعاتی مانند مشتریمداری و پاسخگویی برای جهانیان ارائه دهد. جهان نیازمند مدیریتی از این نوع است.
امروز با کارت اعتباری بانک ملی نمیشد از این بانک پول دریافت کرد، درحالیکه با سایر کارتها میشد.
کیفیت غذای رستوران اکبرجوجه مشهد نسبت به چند ماه پیش به شدت کاهش یافته بود.
البته در طول یک هفته گذشته با بیش از ۲۰ مورد اینچنینی مواجه شدم.
