چندسالی هست که دانشکده اقتصاد شریف کارگاههایی را برگزار میکند. معمولا کارگاهها تحت عناوینی مانند تعادل عمومی، تئوری بازیها، قیمتگذاری دارایی و حراجگذاری برگزار میشود. معمولا در این کلاسها خیلی زود میتوان متوجه شد برخی مدرسین شاید صرفا فقط آن واحد را گذراندهاند و اکنون در سفری به ایران تصمیم گرفتهاند آن را تدریس کنند. تا به حال چندین بار با این پدیده مواجه شدهام یا همین روایت را از برخی دوستان نزدیک شنیدهام. به گمان من، اگرچه برگزارکنندکان این کارگاهها هدف خوبی دارند اما به صرف اینکه یک فرد در فلان دانشگاه درس میخواند نباید اقدام به برگزاری آن دوره نمایند.

۱) اولن گزارشت چندان منطبق با واقع نیست. بخش مهمی از کلاسها توسط کسانی تدریس شده که در آن حوزه مقاله داشتهاند یا تز دکترا نوشتهاند یا حتی آنرا در خارج از کشور تدریس کرده اند.
۲) اینکه کسی یک درس گذرانده باشد و بعد آنرا تدریس کند اصلن چیز عجیبی نیست. بسیاری از مدرسان جوان رشته اقتصاد باید درسهایی را در ابتدای کارراهه خود بدهند که شاید فقط یک بار آن را داشتهاند یا حتی رسمن درسی در آن زمینه نداشته اند. تزهای دکترا در خیلی رشتهها در حوزههای بسیار تخصصی است و فرد در ابتدای کارش درسهایی را میدهد که نه تنها ربطی به موضوع تزش ندارد بلکه احتمالن از آخرین باری که درس را گذرانده به بعد هیچ وقت با آن سر و کار نداشته است.
۳) دو بند قبل را فراموش کنیم و فرض کنیم همه ادعاهای تو درست باشد. کدام گزینه بهتر است؟ اینکه یک آدم تازهکار کارگاهی برگزار کند و مردم را با مفهوم نظریه قرارداد و قیمتگذاری داراییها و غیره آشنا کند (ولو نه با کیفیت صد در صد) یا اینکه هیچ چیزی برگزار نشود و کسی اصلن اینچیزها به گوشش نخورد؟
خیلی انگیزه این پست و پستهایی از این جنس را نمیفهمم.

از قضا این گزارش منطبق با واقعیت دو کلاس است. در ثانی من نگفتم که او حتما باید موضوع تزش را درس بدهد، حداقل باید کمی کتابش را بیش از دانشجویان بخواند.
من مخالفتی با برگزاری کارگاه ندارم: اما بهتر است بگویند که استاد علاوه بر اینکه دانشجوی فلان دانشگاه فلان جا است، تنها یک بار این درس را گذرانده، بعضی تمرینها را بلد نیست حل کند، یا آنها را از روی حل تمرین دیده و می خواهد حل کند و البته تفاوت چندانی با دانشجویان ندارد. به عبارت دیگر جایی است برای بحثی دو طرفه که تنها تفاوت دو طرف این است که یکی آن طرف میز است و دیگری این طرف.
صرفا اگر اطلاعات کامل در اختیار همگاه قرار گیرد بهتر است.
انگیزه خاصی ندارم، فقط هدفم این است که نقایص رفع شود.
سلام مجدد. تو هیچجای نوشته نگفتی که بهتر است این اطلاعات داده شود بلکه حکم دادی که “اما به صرف اینکه یک فرد در فلان دانشگاه درس میخواند نباید اقدام به برگزاری آن دوره نمایند”. اعتراض من به این حکم ممنوعیت است. ضمنن هیچ جا در معرفی نمینویسند استاد چه چیزی بلد نیست. علاقهمند کلاس نگاه میکند به سوابق استاد و ارزیابی میکند و خودش تصمیم میگیرد.
اینکه فرد بخواهد کلاس برگزار کند هیچ ممنوعیتی ندارد و می تواند هر روز همه را به کافه دانشکده اقتصاد شریف دعوت کند، اما بهتر است که برای برگزاری این جلسه از دیگران پول نگیرد.
در ثانی ظاهرا جمله را درست نخوانده ای اعتراض من به فرد مدرس نیست بلکه این حکم برای برگزارکنندگان است. ضمنن هیچ جا هم استاد به این راحتی انتخاب نمی شود. البته با نگاهی به پوستر تبلیغاتی کلاسهای شریف می توان متوجه شد که برگزارکنندگان چقدر اطلاعات پیرامون مدرس در اختبیار متقاضی قرار می دهند: از جمله سوابق..

Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players.
