جمعه هفته گذشته پکیج خانه خراب شد و سیستم آب گرم و گرمایش از کار افتاد. با صاحبخانه تماس گرفتم و گفت که همانجا روی درب پکیج یک شماره تلفن است. تماس بگیرید و بگوئید بیایند. آقای بیات آمد و بعد از چند دقیقه گفت که پمپ سیرکولاتور دستگاه خراب شده است و باید تعویض شود. قیمت آن هم ۳۴۰ هزار تومان است که با دستمزد ما و سرویس دوباره دستگاه، کل هزینه به حدود ۴۰۰ هزار تومان میرسد. نتوانستم با صاحبخانه تماس بگیرم و گفتم فردا به شما خبر میدهم. به صاحبخانه که گفتم خیلی ناراحت شد. با چند تعمیرکار دیگر تماس گرفتم و تا نوع دستگاه را بهشان گفتم، گفتند از بیات در پاساژ مهستان خریدهای. اما جالب بود که تعمیرکاران میگفتند تعمیر این دستگاه حداکثر ۲۰۰ هزار تومان هزینه دارد ولی از بد حادثه تنها کسی که قطعات این دستگاه را دارد همان آقای بیات است. به سه بازار رجوع کردم: سعدی و پمپ فروشها، نام دستگاه وایلانت را که میگفتم، نام بیات را میشنیدم. به بهار تقاطع طالقانی، نام بیات را میشنیدم. به کارگر جنوبی رجوع کردم نام بیات را شنیدم. خلاصه بعد از یک هفته چارهای نمانده جز اینکه به بیات رجوع کنم. جالب این است که دیشب یکی از دوستانم که در این زمینه متخصص است آمد و گفت این دستگاه هر عیبی داشته باشد بدون شک پمپش سالم است. یک گزینه هم تعویض دستگاه با یک دستگاه دیگر است مانند بوتان که حداکثر ۵۰۰ هزار تومان هزینه دارد اما صاحبخانه قبول نمیکند. بهش گفتم آقا شما که میخواهی ۴۰۰ هزارتومان برای تعمیر آن بدهی، باقیش را هم من میدهم. میگوید نه.
