این روزها با خودم فکر میکنم سال ۱۳۸۸ چطور بود و چگونه گذشت؟ راستش در این سال فهمیدم که اعتراض در هیچ مسیری ره به جایی نمیبرد؟ من در این سال در موارد زیادی دست به اعتراض زدم اما در نهایت فهمیدم اعتراض آب در هاون کوبیدن است. برای مثال الان ۹ ماه از روزی که برای گرفتن گواهینامه رانندگی اقدام کردم میگذرد و هنوز در همان نقطه اولم. تنها بهدلیل اینکه به رفتار توهینآمیز رانندگان و کارمندان آموزشگاه رانندگی اعتراض کردم. اما جالب این بود که توصیه همه به من این بود که اینجا تهران است و این چیزها رواج دارد. باید بپذیری که مثل سگ با تو رفتار کنند. اگر گواهینامه میخواهی باید رفتار آنها را تمام و کمال بپذیری: پول بنزین مدرس آموزشگاه را بدهی، وقتی راننده خوابید و سر وقت حاضر نشد اگر اعتراض کنی باید یک ماه صبر کنی برای کلاس جبرانی و اگر تو چند دقیقه دیر بیایی باید تمام هزینه آن روز را بپردازی چون حضرت راننده علاف شده است. دیگر از اعتراض به مهماندار هواپیما، به راننده تاکسی که هر روز از من دزدی میکند، به صاحبخانهام که از من میدزد و نذری میدهد خسته شدهام. بعد از چند ماه تلاش روز آزمون دکتری متوجه میشوی برایت کار صادر نشده است. باید چه کنی؟ اول کمی عصبانی میشوی بعد به خانه برمیگردی و بعد هم باید بگذاری مادرت بگوید خیریت داشته. کورسوی امیدی در اعتراض نیست. سال ۱۳۸۸ به من فهماند همیشه خروج و فرار بهترین گزینه است. به هرجایی که با این مردم کمترین سروکار را داشته باشی.
خروج و اعتراض و وفاداری عنوان کتابی است از آلبرت هیرشمن اقتصاددان آلمانی. ۲۲ سالی بعد از انتشار این کتاب هیرشمن در مقاله دیگری با عنوان خروج و اعتراض و سرنوشت جمهوری دموکراتیک آلمان به زیبایی هرچه بیشتر از کتابش به تشریح این مفاهیم میپردازد. برای او خروج عملی است فردی و مخفیانه و یواشکی و دزدکی. این توصیف او از خروج برای من بسیار آشناست: دوستان زیادی داشتهام که بعد از رفتنشان از ایران برای تحصیل یا اقامت در خارج از کشور از خروج آنها باخبر شدهام. یعنی کاملا یواشکی و مخفیانه کارشان را انجام میدهند چراکه حتی از ما یعنی صمیمیترین دوستانشان هم میترسند نکند باعث ایجاد گرفتاری برایشان شویم. اما اعتراض برای هیرشمن در تحلیل فروپاشی جمهوری دموکراتیک آلمان و دیوار برلین عملی است دستهجمعی، پرسروصدا و آشکار. کاملا خلاف خروج. لذا گاهی اعتراض بسیار پر هزینه میشود و خروجدوستان تاب و تحمیل هزینههای اعتراض را ندارند. هزینه اعتراض زیاد است، پس باید خروج را برگزید.
مدتی پیش کتابی را به نشر … داده بودم برای چاپ و آنها بعد از یکسال و چند ماه جوابشان این بود که ترجمه خوب نیست و قرارداد را لغو کردند. فردی که دو یا سه صفحهای از کتاب را خوانده بود در جایی بر حاشیه صفحه کاغذ و در توصیف واژهای که به زعم او اشتباه بود نوشته بود که در اینجا مترجم از تخیلات شخصیش استفاده کرده و هر چه دلش خواسته نوشته است. یکی دو مورد دیگر را هم کارمند … نقل کرد که شما اگر اینجوری کار کنی شروع نشده تمام میشوی و بهتر است به کلاس زبان بروی. با خودم فکر کردم اگر من نقش داور را داشتم فقط مینوشتم ترجمه درست است یا نه و کتاب ارزش چاپ دارد یا نه؟ باقی فقط افاضات و اضافات و به زعم من حرف مفت است. البته من از باقی حاشیهنوشتهای او خیلی استفاده کردم و اگرچه در مواردی با او مخالف بودم اما در مواردی هم حق بهجانب او بود. چند سال پیش کتابی در زمینه حکمرانی صندوقهای بازنشستگی به موسسه عالی پژوهش تامین اجتماعی دادم. یادم هست داور کار که از او با نام دکتر یاد میکردند رایجترین کلمات حوزه تامین اجتماعی را نمیدانست. بعدها هم یکبار به من زنگ زدند و گفتند کتاب گم شده. فکر میکنم الان چهار سال از آن زمان میگذرد. بهتازگی شنیدهام این موسسه تعطیل شده است. خیلی ناراحت شدم! نمیدانم حالا برای پیگیری وضعیت آن کتاب باید به کی زنگ بزنم. البته میدانم که در این اعتراضها کورسوی امیدی نیست.
این بار قصد نق زدن ندارم. من همیشه معتقد بودم باید با اعتراض امور مختلف را اصلاح کرد. اما امروز شکست این دیدگاهم را در رفتار با این مردم پذیرفته ام. خروج بر اعتراض ترجیح داد. در این زندگی روزمره باید از دیگران سواری مجانی گرفت. این بود درس بزرگ سال ۱۳۸۸ برای من.
من تقریبا مطمئنم شایدم امیدورام که شما خودتان هم این رو خیلی قبول ندارید و میدونید که تنها راه ناامید نشدنه.
میدونید من شدیدا به تاثیر تک تک آدم ها در جامعه معتقدم و تقریبا همیشه از اکثریت نمیشه انتظاری داشت…بحث بسیار است .

اعتراض! اعتراض کردن هم آدابی دارد که باید آن را در ذهن داشت. اولین چیز؛ هدف از اعتراض است. اگر هدف از اعتراض تنها احیای حق خود بدون توجه به سیستم و چارچوبی که رفتار شکل گرفته باشد؛ به این نوشته ختم می شود. اما اگر وقتی به اعتراض روی می آوریم؛ فقط به چیزهایی اعتراض کنیم که فقط فرد مقابل مسئول آن است؛ نه عرف و قانون و … . در بسیاری موارد اعتراض آب در هاون کوبیدن است اگر کاملا حق به جانب و بدون در نظر گرفتن موارد ذکر شده و بسیاری موارد ذکر نشده صورت گیرد.
