در یک مجتمع مسکونی ۳۰ واحدی که وقتی به پارکینگ آن نگاهی میاندازی تنها کمتر از چند خودرو وطنی در آن دیده میشود و الباقی خودروها قیمتی بیش از ۳۰ میلیون تومان دارند و هر روز اگر توچال بروی تعدادی از ساکنان ساختمان را میبینی که مشغول پیادهروی، البته به قول خودشان جاگینگ، هستند و صبحها هم بعضی از خانمها به ورزش میروند. مدیریت ساختمان به تازگی عوض شده و اقدام به انتشار گزارش عملکرد ۵ سال پیش نموده است: حق شارژ هر یک از واحدهای مسکونی این مجتمع ماهانه ۳۰ هزار تومان است. صورت مالی این مجتمع مسکونی نشان میدهد که نزدیک به ۳ سال است که ۱۶ واحد این مجتمع حق شارژ خود را پرداخت نمیکنند و نزدیک به ۱۰ واحد هم در قالب قسط آن را میپردازند. یعنی تقریبا نیمی از واحدهای این مجتمع پول آب و برق و گاز کل مجتمع را میپردازند و بقیه سواری مجانی میگیرند. راستی چرا اقتصاددانان میگویند ناهار مجانی در اقتصاد وجود ندارد؟ کافی است یک شب سرایدار زنگ خانهشان را برای بردن زباله به صدا در نیارد؟ همچون کسی که هرگز از این ناهار مجانی نخورده با او رفتار میکنند! وقتی چاه دستشویی ساختمان پر شده بود همه هر روز معترض بودند، اما نمیدانم چرا کمحافظه بودند که بابا برای دستشویی رفتن هم باید پول داد! واقعا باید پول داد. ناهار مجانی خوردن لذتی دارد و دستشویی مجانی رفتن لذتی دو چندان.

Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
Yo. this is kind of an “unconventional†question , but have other visitors asked you how get the menu bar to look like you’ve got it? I also have a blog and am really expecting to alter around the theme, however am fearful to death to mess with it for fear of the search engines punishing me. I am very recent to all of this so i am just not certain exactly how to try to to it all yet. I’ll just keep working on it one day at a time.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
