مجله مهرنامه شبهمناظرهای میان محمد ستاریفر و مسعود نیلی چاپ کرده است و نوشته چندان بیراه نیست که آن دو را به ترتیب به داگلاس نورث نهادگرا و میلتون فریدمن بازارگرا تشبیه کنیم. بهگمان من خیلی هم بیراه است. نه ستاریفر در قامت داگلاس نورث است و نه نیلی در اندازههای فریدمن. نمیدانم چرا این بازار تعارفات برچیده نمیشود. چند سال پیش هم وقتی حسین عظیمی درگذشته بود یکی میگفت حسین عظیمی اندیشههایی چون آمارتیاسن داشته و میتوان عظیمی را با سن قیاس کرد و در این باره هم چندین مقاله و یادداشت چاپ کرد. راستش بهنظر من در مورد این هر سه اقتصاددان باید گفت که گرچه نیلی در بازارگرایی، ستاریفر در نهادگرایی و عظیمی در توسعه شاید نسبت به اقتصاددانان و اقتصادخوانان ایرانی چند متری جلوتر باشند، اما از فریدمن، نورث و آمارتیاسن حداقل چند کیلومتری عقبتر هستند.
آره واقعا قیاس خنده دار و مضحکیه
فکر میکنم منظور این نبوده که نیلی و ستاری فر در حد فریدمن و نورث هستند. مقصود این بوده که اندیشههای این دو در مسیر اندیشههای آن دو نفر هست.
اصل حرف شما (که اقتصاددانان ایرانی به طور اعم و این سه نفر به طور اخص) کیلومترها با آن سه اقتصاددان فاصله دارند، درست است. اما نوشتن درباره مناظره نورث و فریدمن محمل مناسبی درباره آن نیست. نخست آنکه روزنامه نگاری نقدی از این دست که شما کردید را بر نمی تابد و در انتخاب تیتر یک مناظره، جای مناقشه از این دست نیست. دوم این که منظور از تشبیه به نورث و فریدمن، قطعا این است که همان طور که نورث نسبت به جهان، همانند ستاری فر است نسبت به ایران و خلاصه هر یک از این چهره های ایرانی (ستاری فر، نیلی و عظیمی) نسخه های وطنی آن سه اقتصاددان خارجی اند و در حد ایران، این مطلب چندان گزافه نیست.
تیتر گفتگو بسیار نامناسب و غلط انداز انتخاب شده بود. با “یک رامین ” در مورد نسبت انان به جهان و مشابهت با نسبن اینان به ایران موافق نیستم.
اولن که متن “مناظره ” نبود.دومن اینان را به هیچوجه نمیتوان نسخه وطنی انان دانست. عنوان انتخاب شده را باید بیشتر تمسخر اینان دانست .
شما به حساب اغراق گویی بذار، گاهی ما رابطه ظرف و مظروف را گم می کنیم.
