هدفمندسازی یارانهها دستور کار اصلی اقتصادی دولت است. همه میگویند در اصل هدفمندسازی یارانهها جای هیچ شکی نیست، فقط اختلافات بر سر نحوه و چگونگی انجام هدفمندسازی یارانهها یا زمان آن است. اما چرا در همین زمان کسی به فکر هدفمندسازی یارانههای عظیم پرداختی اقتصاد ایران به اقتصاد چین نیست؟ اکنون وقتی به بازار میرویم میبینیم که در تمامی بخشهای اقتصادی و صنایع به جز چند مورد، نمونۀ چینی هر کالایی با قیمتی ارزانتر از مشابه ایرانی به وفور به چشم میخورد. بازار را کالاهای چینی تسخیر کردهاند. نگرانی وقتی بیشتر میشود که روزی خدمات چینی هم بخواهد وارد بازار خدمات ایران شود. اکنون گاهی اوقات به طنز از ورود خدمات چینی به اقتصاد ایران یاد میشود، اما چه بسا این طنزها روزی به واقعیت تبدیل شود. براساس آمار گمرک ایران سهم کالاهای چینی از کل واردات ایران در پایان سال ۸۸ و در مقایسه با سال ۷۱ حدود ۹ برابر و در برخی کالاها ۱۷ برابر شده است. همۀ اینها حکایت از حضور گستردۀ چین در اقتصاد ایران دارد. چندی پیش خبری منتشر شد که رب گوجه فرنگی از خارج وارد و بعد در ایران بستهبندی و سپس با مارک داخلی وارد بازار میشود. احتمالاً این رب گوجهفرنگی چینی است. لذا صنایع غذایی خیلی زود از ورود چین لطمه خوردهاند و نبود سیاستهای بازرگانی و تعرفهای صحیح اجازه میدهد که چین چنین کند. صنعتی مثل خودرو هنوز خطر حضور چین را احساس نکرده است، اما صنایع غذایی، پوشاک و … چرا. یارانهای که صنعت و سیاستهای صنعتی اقتصاد ایران به چین میدهد مشکلات زیادی را برای آنها به بار خواهد آورد. کشورهای صنعتی از همان لحظۀ ظهور چین بهمثابه یک غول، سیاستهایی صحیح را برای مقابله با آن بهکار گرفتند، و باید در برخورد با چین از آنها درس بگیریم. لذا اگرچه اقتصاد ایران نیازمند هدفمندسازی یارانهها است، نیازمند حذف یارانههای چینی است و اگر زمان انجام هدفمندسازی یارانههای انرژی داخلی به زعم برخی کارشناسان مناسب نیست یا هست، اما بدون شک زمان حذف یارانههای چینی خیلی مناسب است.

من متوجه نمی شم که چرا باید دولت جلوی واردات چینی را بگیره. خوب چین در بعضی صنایع مزیت نسبی داره و طبیعی هست که ما کالای ارزانتر رو از چین بخریم. لازم نیست که همه چیز رو خودمون تولید کنیم. ما هم تو بعضی صنایع مزیت داریم که با اجرای طرح تحول حتماً مزیتهای اونها آشکارتر خواهد شد. نرخ ارز هم که تقریباً در بازار تعیین می شود. هر چند مدیریت شده است اما خبر دارید که رئییس بانک مرکزی اعلام کردند که برای کاهش نرخ ارز از منابع ارزی بانک خرج نخواهند کرد. این یعنی تعیین قیمت توسط بازار. پس مشکل در کجاست؟ همه چیز داره به سمت بازار پیش می ره. این یعنی کارایی.

Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
